Position Overview
The organisation are looking for a compliance associate to join their Legal and Compliance team in Hong Kong. The person will execute all aspects of the firm's compliance program and assist to handle legal affairs.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge on the asset management regulatory framework and regulations/rules of the Hong Kong SFC.
Capability to support the firm’s Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer to handle regulatory and
compliance-related issues, including regulatory reporting in Hong Kong, US and Cayman, preparing staff licensing applications, reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures, and other compliance/ legal routine work.
Attention to detail, strong self-motivation, ability to multi-task, be a team player, and ability to speak, read and write effectively in English and Mandarin is essential.
Prior experience with fund house and legal qualification/training are a plus.
Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
