Ian brings more than 20 years executive search and market intelligence experience gained in Europe and Asia. He has placed legal, compliance and financial crime professionals from Vice President to Managing Director and Partner level across the globe and has worked with many of the worlds leading MNCs, investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, law firms and corporate clients. Prior to establishing Arion House Ian spent 3 years running the Asia Pacific business for Leathwaite International. Ian has a History degree from the University of Newcastle.

Raoul joined as a Research Consultant in September 2019 and focuses on APAC Markets. He joined from the University of Hong Kong where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in History with Politics and Public Administration. Before joining Arion House, Raoul previously interned at a Law Firm and was involved with a number of NGOs. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Spanish.
